Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take special orders?

Yes! We never back down from a challenge. Check out our Special Orders page for more details. Don't see anything that fits your vision? Contact us to make a request. We love trying new things and can't wait to hear from you.

Do you make wedding cakes?

Yes! We'd love to help you bring out your inner geek on your special day. Check out the Special Orders page for more information. Don't see what you're looking for there? Contact us to make a request.

Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?

Yes! We are an "All-Inclusive Bakery," which means that no matter what your dietary needs are, we can make something tasty for you. We take strict precautions to protect all of our customers and ensure that all special tummies can feel safe eating our treats. We never charge extra for dietary requests and can incorporate them into any special order or product. Check out the Little Luna page for more details.

Do any of your products contain alcohol?

Yes, some of our items use real booze in the batter. Alcohol generally cooks off during baking, but please do not eat them if you have sensitivities to alcohol, as we cannot guarantee that these products are 100% alcohol-free.

I'm not in NYC, can I still enjoy your delicious treats?

Absolutely! We can ship anywhere in the U.S. All of our items will have a ship time in their description, and many of our products will ship between 24 and 48 hours after your order is placed. For maximum freshness, ALL shipments are made using Fed Ex Priority Overnight.

What if I'm in a hurry to get my hands on some yummy cookies?

Because our treats are hand made in small batches and painstakingly hand decorated by a small team of talented artists, it takes quite some time to have each ready for the drying rack. Icing drying normally takes about 12 - 15 hours before we feel it is ready for bagging. Each treat is carefully examined before bagging and shipping to ensure your experience is flawless from the moment you open your box to the last crumb.

However, if you're in a rush, we may be able to accommodate you. Contact us before placing your order and allow us to discuss rush options or select from our items available for same day and 24 hour ship out.

Can you ship cakes?

At this time, cakes CANNOT be shipped. However, pick up is always free at our Queens location and delivery is available to the Tristate area for an additional cost. Cake orders outside of the Tristate area are subject to a separate delivery rate. Please speak to us about the delivery cost for your order directly.

Do you take advance orders?

Yes! If you have a special event in your future, contact us to set up a plan to deliver your goodies in time for the party.

How can I cancel my order?

For order cancellation or modification requests, please call us at 718-576-4003 within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Any cancellation request after 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to the order production schedule.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, it is not safe for you or us to return food items. We take pride in our baked goods and we hope you will too. If you ever have an issue with one of our hand made treats please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Personalized items are not available for return, exchange, or replacement.

I'd like to have your products in my store, how do I do that?

What is the Entrepreneur Space?

The Entrepreneur Space is a commercial kitchen incubator funded by the Queens Economic Development Corporation that assists small businesses (like us!) with gaining the tools and experiences they need to become successful. We proudly make all our products in the spacious Long Island City location. Thanks to their help and the dedication of our loyal fans, we are ready to fly the coop and open our own shop. Check our our Kickstarter for more info!
