Shipping & Returns


  • We ship throughout the United States via Fed Ex Overnight Priority Shipping ONLY. This ensures a fresh product that hasn't been sitting in a dusty old warehouse over the weekend.

  • Orders are only shipped nationwide Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to avoid weekend overlays. Once again, we're trying to avoid giving your nerdy noms a weekend vacation! We do not ship nationwide on Mondays, Fridays, or federal holidays where Fed Ex is closed.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be produced the next day and shipped on the next available ship day (Tuesday - Thursday). Note: Many products need 2 days to produce and can ship on the next ship day while others need only hours and can ship on the next ship day. Look for the ship times on each item as you place them in your cart. The item with the greater ship time is what your entire order will ship with, even if it includes items normally shipped within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Thursday will ship on the following Tuesday excluding business holidays.


  • Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

  • We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • Fed Ex may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Either way, it is in your best interest that someone be there to collect your package. No one wants their fudge to sit in the hot summer sun or their cookies to hang out in the snow.

  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.


  • All deliveries are sent using Fed Ex Priority Overnight service. This service guarantees next day delivery by 10:30 am. However, due to bad weather or other inconveniences on their end, it could be longer. Every order that is shipped will have a tracking number emailed to you after it has been shipped. In the event you have an email stating your order is "partially shipped" it means you have more than one shipment coming and only one tracking number is currently available. (ex: you ordered Little Luna products AND 8 Bit products. We always ship allergen sensitive products separately.) The remaining tracking numbers will be emailed promptly.

  • Items that need to remain chilled (fudge, chocolates, cupcakes, etc.) will be shipped with an insulated box liner and a specialty ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness of our products during transit. NOTE: The ice pack may no longer be cold or frozen upon arrival. Lay down the pitchfork and torch. It's alright. The ice pack helps your frozen nerdy noms stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives.

  • Frozen? Yes! We freeze all our items that need refrigeration before shipping them. By the time they arrive at your doorstep, they may still be frozen, slightly thawed, or completely thawed. This mostly depends on the weather and what order your package was delivered by the Fed Ex driver and how close you are to their nearest dispatch. Bring the package inside as soon as possible, unbox, and place in the fridge until needed. Follow the instructions in the box for serving instructions.

  • Please note: We are NOT responsible for where the driver leaves your package if you live in an area where they leave packages at your door. Though we fully disclose to our local shipping office the contents of the package, a driver may not be as nice and could possibly leave your fudge or other heat sensitive item on your sun drenched porch. Damages of this nature are to be taken up with Fed Ex directly. Still, it's in your best interest to have someone (you trust not to eat your treats!) around to collect your package.


  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, 8 Bit Bakeshop does not accept returns.

  • There are no returns or exchanges.

  • Circumstance pending, 8 Bit Bakeshop will issue a credit or re-order.

  • If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of when the package was received, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.


  • For order cancellation or modification requests, please call us at 718-576-4003 within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule. Any cancellation request after 24 hours cannot be accommodated due to the order production schedule.


  • When ordering quantities greater than 10 please place your order via our phone order service at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date, otherwise rush fees may be incurred. Call 718 576 4003 and remain on the website. We will happily guide you through your order and make shipping adjustments as needed.
